Quality Control Intern

1. Reviewed and applied brand quality parameters and measurement tolerances in accordance with technical specification sheets (tech packs). 2. Inspected raw materials, fabric rolls, buttons, zippers, and show accessories to identify weaving defects, shrinkage, or color bleeding at early stages. 3. Examined seam and stitching structural quality on reworked runway garments, as well as the durability and finish of handmade accessories. 4. Conducted grading measurement checks on initial ready-to-wear samples across sizes and verified fabric color consistency against approved lab dips. 5. Carried out regular in-line inspections throughout sewing operations at both the in-house workshop and partner garment vendors. 6. Performed end-line inspections on finished garments using AQL sampling standards and coordinated rework processes for non-conforming items. 7. Verified the placement and accuracy of hangtags, care labels, price barcodes, and final folding, while compiling reject product summary reports.
