Training and Development Intern

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training and development programs by organizing schedules, training logistics, and participant administration. - Assist in developing training materials, presentations, learning activities, and evaluation tools to support effective learning experiences. - Monitor training participation, compile feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and prepare training reports to support continuous learning and development initiatives. - Maintain training records, learning documentation, and administrative files while supporting daily Training & Development operations and employee development programs.
