Knowledge Management Intern

Support the migration and consolidation of knowledge articles from multiple platforms into Zendesk. Organize, categorize, and maintain knowledge content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility. Review AI-generated responses to identify inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information. Support AI response optimization by updating knowledge content and training materials based on identified gaps and approved corrections. Conduct basic testing and validation of AI responses to ensure alignment with updated knowledge content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate content accuracy and completeness. Identify outdated, duplicated, or missing information and coordinate with relevant teams for review. Track knowledge migration progress and AI content improvement activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
