QA / Automation & Data Validation — Integration Service & AI Orchestration

• QA Fundamentals — Learn the products, systems, processes, requirements, and user needs before execution. • Design Test Coverage — Translate requirements into test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and validation plans. • Perform Functional & Data Validation — Execute testing, validate data and results, capture evidence, identify defects or gaps, and support retesting. • Build Automation Testing — Support test automation by identifying automation opportunities, preparing automated test cases, and executing automation using relevant testing platforms. • Explore Agentic AI Testing — Support the use of Agentic AI to improve test design, test execution, defect analysis, and testing efficiency. • Test Systems — Support API, integration, data, and automation testing across connected systems based on project readiness and needs. • Use Testing & Development Tools — Work with spreadsheets, issue trackers, API clients, database/query tools, browser developer tools, repositories, and testing platforms. • Collaborate & Communicate — Work closely with mentors, engineers, product teams, operations, and relevant stakeholders. • Document & Improve — Prepare clear documentation, status updates, test findings, and practical recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and test coverage.
