Employer Branding & Partnership Intern

- Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, career fairs, campus activities, and employer branding campaigns. - Identify and coordinate with potential partners, including universities, student organizations, and external communities, to build strategic relationships. - Create engaging content and promotional materials to support employer branding activities across digital platforms. - Monitor campaign and partnership performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
