1. Assisted with manual transaction data entry and prepared supporting financial reporting documents for PT MAKI and group consolidations across GV, MASA, and MAKI. 2. Supported the preparation of FPD-B operational expense payment documentation, margin payment files via Accurate Online (AOL), and driver e-wallet balance records sourced from petty cash. 3. Managed and archived all physical and digital payment receipts and financial transaction records. 4. Updated and synchronized product master data—including SKUs, variants, and selling prices—across Accurate Online, Odoo, Matchmade, and internal linesheets. 5. Updated production absorption calculations in AOL and processed the closure of Work Orders (SPK) for the 2021–2025 period. 6. Reconciled raw material sequin usage against actual purchases per signature article using Google Sheets. 7. Supported day-to-day administrative operations within the Finance & Accounting department and coordinated cross-functional financial database maintenance.
