Corporate Legal Intern

1. Assist in conducting legal research and gathering information on relevant laws, regulations, and corporate legal matters. 2. Support the preparation, review, and administration of legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other corporate legal records. 3. Assist in identifying potential legal and regulatory risks and preparing supporting materials for further review by the legal team. 4. Support coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding legal documentation and administrative matters. 5. Assist with corporate secretarial activities, regulatory compliance documentation, and other legal projects as assigned. 6. Willing to be placed according to business requirements with WFO arrangement. 7. Available for the internship period from 16 November 2026 to 16 May 2027.
