Human Resources Officer

- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening and interview scheduling. - Support employee administration, personnel filing, and HR data management. - Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities. - Support employee engagement programs and internal HR communications. - Assist in BPJS administration and employee benefits documentation. - Support daily HR operations in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. - Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and HR documents. - Learn and develop HR competencies under the supervision of the HR team in hotel environment.
