- Support candidate sourcing and screening through various recruitment platforms - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update the talent database and recruitment pipeline - Support employee onboarding and HR documentation processes - Assist in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and process improvement initiatives
