Finance Intern

- Support invoice verification, document completeness checks, and accurate input of invoices into the system. - Assist with PO/GR/Invoice matching, vendor reconciliation, and outstanding invoice monitoring (Account Payable). - Reconcile daily cash-in against sales invoice reports and follow up with relevant PICs (Account Receivable). - Prepare monthly AR reports, covering revenue, platform fee, discount, and other receivable transactions. - Assist with account reviews, reconciliations, variance analysis, and monthly closing activities. - Maintain proper filing of finance documents, audit folders, and reporting files. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and data requests. - Support finance reporting, internal presentation materials, and process improvement initiatives.
