HR Recruitment & Employer Branding

- Source candidates through online job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job fairs, schools, vocational institutions, universities, and other recruitment channels. - Review CVs and applications against job requirements and qualification criteria. - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the position. - Coordinate technical interviews and selection assessments with hiring managers. - Administer personality assessments or other job-fit assessments when required. - Recruitment administration and onboarding - Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image as an employer of choice.
