Support the onboarding of new properties from preparation through operational readiness. 2. Assist with site readiness checks and progress documentation. 3. Monitor project timelines, checklists, action items, and requirements on a regular basis. 4. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding completion of onsite work. 5. Help ensure properties meet Kozystay operational readiness standards. Requirements: 1. Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. Understands basic building, civil works, and onsite project processes. 3. Organized and able to track timelines, checklists, and action items. 4. Comfortable conducting site visits, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and working on a mobile basis to visit properties/units across different locations. 5. Communicative, proactive, and equipped with good problem-solving skills.
