Technical Support Trainee

The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring DRF (Defect Report Form) activities, ensuring RP requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. The position will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Service Manuals, assisting engineers with technical troubleshooting and problem analysis, and supporting the preparation of technical reports and documentation. In addition, the role will support data collection and analysis related to product issues to facilitate effective problem resolution and continuous improvement.
