1. Monitor and verify daily invoice submissions through the Wavin application, including manual checks and recaps​ 2. Support distributors in updating stock data and resolving basic system issues​ 3. Manage Reward Program operations, including ticket handling and WhatsApp communication with stores​ 4. Prepare monthly performance reports, including total and per-distributor achievements​ 5. Handle account management: registration, verification, and activation for stores, distributors, and sales teams​ 6. Provide basic training and support for users of the Wavin Reward App​
