Front Office (Front Desk Agent)

As a Front Desk Agent Intern, you will support daily front office operations by welcoming guests during check-in and check-out, managing general administrative tasks, coordinating with internal hotel departments, and learning basic cashiering and daily reporting procedures. Who We Are Looking For: 1. Strong willingness to learn, high initiative, and an open mindset toward receiving feedback and guidance. 2. Fresh graduate from Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related fields. 3. Good communication skills and confidence when interacting with guests in English and Indonesian. 4.
