IT Desktop Support Intern

- Assist in IT asset inventory, tagging, labeling, and physical stock checks. - Support hardware setup, device deployment, and peripheral installation. - Assist with OS installation, device imaging, Active Directory domain joining, and Intune enrollment under supervision. - Perform basic hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting. - Provide first-level technical support for end-user IT issues. - Assist in monitoring endpoint updates and verifying basic security compliance. - Perform initial network connectivity checks and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting. - Support routine hardware maintenance, data migration, and warranty coordination under supervision. - Assist with helpdesk ticket management, technical documentation, and knowledge base updates. - Coordinate issue escalation with relevant IT teams under supervisor guidance.
