Sales Admin (Retail Operations)

Roles & Responsibilities • Data Management & Governance: o Collect, validate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales data, POS performance, and distributor reports. o Audit records to ensure zero data errors and enforce strict confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive commercial figures. • Field & Operational Support: o Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, paperwork, trade promo documentations, customer agreement tracking, and gathering preparation support for RSMs and field teams. o Serve as the main liaison between field teams and headquarters for operational documentation. • Commercial Excellence Alignment (Dotted Line): o Maintain dotted-line coordination with the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) leader to align on reporting formats, KPI tracking, and commercial guidelines.
