Manufacturing Production Intern (F1)

Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment by learning workplace safety practices, coin battery structure and characteristics, Factory 1 production processes, 5S principles, and standard work procedures. Interns will also be exposed to assembly machine fundamentals, quality control and visual inspection, production planning, production KPIs, problem-solving methodologies, Kaizen, and operational digitalization. The program combines classroom learning, on-site observations, guided practical activities, data analysis, and the completion of a final improvement project to develop both technical and professional skills.
