1 Assist in verifying payment requests to ensure that the information provided by the vendor/requestor is complete and accurate. 2 Assist in the payment scheduling process in accordance with applicable regulations. 3 Assist with reviewing of expenses and asset records 4 Archive all finance and tax related documents 5 Assist in the periodic reconciliation of cash, bank, and petty cash. 6 Assist in budgeting, cost control & reporting process 7 Assist in operational activities 8 Assist for Audit
