Membership & Loyalty Intern

- Assist in managing membership and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. - Support the planning and execution of membership campaigns, loyalty promotions, and reward initiatives based on business objectives. - Analyze membership data and customer behavior to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of membership benefits, promotional activities, and loyalty program initiatives. - Prepare performance reports and monitor key metrics, including member acquisition, engagement, redemption rates, and customer retention, to support data-driven decision-making.
