Factory HSE Staff

- Support the QHSE team in preparing, organizing, and controlling QHSE and ISO documents. - Maintain the QHSE Document Register and ensure documents are properly filed and updated. - Assist in document revision, distribution, and archiving. - Support the implementation and monitoring of SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements. - Assist in preparing documents and records for internal and external audits. - Support QHSE inspection and monitoring activities. - Assist in collecting and compiling QHSE data and monthly reports. - Support the recording and tracking of incidents, accidents, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions. Qualifications: - Basic knowledge in SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001. - Hold AK3U Certificate - Experience in developing and controlling QHSE and ISO Documents - Basic Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis - Basic Knowledge in Incident and Accident Investigation - Good communication in English is a plus - Willing to work in a factory East Karawang
