About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to extending offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs, build robust talent pipelines, and contribute directly to our company's growth by bringing in the best people. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - have an experience of full-cycle recruitment experience, demonstrating success in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks). - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. - Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques, to accurately assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. - Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
