HR General Affair Internship

- Support the analysis of workload (Workload Analysis) for Staff and Outsourcing (OS). - Assist in analyzing manpower requirements based on workload, operational needs, and productivity standards. - Support the preparation and evaluation of manpower planning to ensure optimal workforce allocation. - Assist in monitoring and analyzing Human Resource and General Affair expenses. - Support cost control initiatives through data monitoring, cost analysis, and budget evaluation. - Prepare periodic reports related to manpower utilization, manpower requirements, and cost efficiency. - Perform other administrative and analytical tasks related to HR & GA activities.
