Marketing Intern - SOYJOY

The SOYJOY Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Food team by helping to execute Loyalty Program in different type of MT Channel & Community, with data driven insight. This internship provides an opportunity to take ownership of executing loyalty programs across MT channels and customer communities, bridging the gap between commercial strategy and data analytics while building complex stakeholder management and leadership skills. Job Description 1. Assist in executing loyalty programs and consumer activation campaigns across multiple Modern Trade (MT) channels and targeted customer communities. 2. Support the evaluation and selection process of consumer benefits for each specific channel touchpoint. 3. Assist in the collection, organization, optimization, and maintenance of campaign performance data, cross-functional project tracking sheets, and loyalty metrics. 4. Support alignment efforts by facilitating communication between Brand Owners, Key Account Managers (KAM), and the Procurement team to secure benefit execution. 5. Assist in preparing data-driven insight presentations, performance reports, and Power BI dashboards that help the brand team optimize strategy. 6. Support team collaboration by participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative learning discussions alongside the Marketing Food and Data teams.
