- Review and update existing SOPs across Central Kitchen, PPIC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement - Coordinate with each function owner to validate current operational processes - Standardize SOP format, flow, and documentation structure - Ensure SOPs are aligned with actual operations and compliance requirements - Support documentation filing and version control for future updates - Assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
