Customer Relations Intern

What You’ll Be Doing - Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple channels including live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and email - Manage a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently and address their needs with empathy and understanding - Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within set time limits and ensure follow-up for confirmation - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to gather customer insights and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement - Use your expertise in CRM platforms, especially Zendesk and Freshdesk, to streamline service processes and improve customer interaction - Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate customer records, follow up on issues, and ensure interactions are handled with attention to detail and precision. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
