Intern - Reward Strategy

1. Support the review, restructuring, and standardization of Reward-related policies, guidelines, and supporting documents. 2. Assist in mapping existing Reward policies, identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for simplification. 3. Organize, consolidate, and maintain policy repositories, ensuring documents are properly categorized, version-controlled, and easily accessible. 4. Support the digitalization of Reward processes, forms, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and user experience. 5. Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing policy-related data to support policy enhancement initiatives. 6. Prepare and maintain policy inventory trackers, governance dashboards, and implementation monitoring reports. 7. Document business requirements, process flows, and user needs for Reward digitalization initiatives. 8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, feedback, and requirements related to policy development and process improvement. 9. Assist in developing presentation materials, reports, and supporting documents for management discussions and approvals. 10. Support ad-hoc projects related to Reward Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, governance improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
