Assistant Engineer (Materials)

- Monitor and analyze bonding rate and peel-strength data to identify process abnormalities. - Assist in investigating material-related and process-related issues affecting solar module production. - Support the evaluation and testing of locally sourced organic materials for manufacturing applications. - Prepare and update module Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in analyzing material consumption. - Support material cost-reduction initiatives and maintain process-related technical documentation. - Requirements: Mandarin Chinese communication skills are preferred; candidates with a background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field are preferred.
