Regional Business Management Support

Start your journey with a premium global automotive leader and help deliver world-class service for Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, trucks and buses, across South East Asia (based Jakarta, Indonesia). This role will support our Head of Aftersales SEA in driving regional projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting business analysis across Southeast Asia. This internship goes beyond project administration. You will work with senior leaders and international stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to see how regional aftersales strategy is planned and executed. Key Tasks - Coordinate and track regional aftersales initiatives across SEA markets. - Prepare management presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive updates. - Consolidate project status, action plans, and stakeholder feedback. - Support KPI tracking, business analysis, and performance reporting. - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities with regional stakeholders. - Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis. - Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation. - Support communication and alignment between Singapore, Indonesia, and SEA market teams.
