IT Support Intern

1. Assist in providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues. 2. Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. 3. Support daily IT troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to the IT Support Staff. 4. Assist in IT asset inventory management, including recording, tagging, and updating asset data. 5. Assist in maintaining IT documentation, reports, and support records. 6. Support basic network troubleshooting. 7. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Support Staff.
